HUAYANG covers an area more than 7000 square meters with capital asserts of over 10 million RMB. We have an experienced and skillful technician and senior engineer teams, who can adopt advanced CAD/CAN/CAE systems for designing, finding and solving may happened problems during the manufacturing at the very beginning. High-speed, high-precision and automated equipments are the base of our quality and work efficiency. We have a series of advanced design management software and complete sets of large scale processing machines, such as High-speed CNC milling machine, and high-precision CNC wire. Also, we use advanced measuring equipments, such as CMM, strict quality control and inspection standards to control whole process to ensure product quality.

Especially large mould, gas-assisted mould and thin-wall mould manufacturing, we are experienced in the industry. The heaviest mould we made is over 55T, the longest mould is over 3.3M. We also have several injection molding machines fit for our customers.
We have a long-term cooperation with European multinationals, such as ABB, GE. Our products are exported worldwide to Europe, South America, the Middle East and Oceania.
